South Ribble Scouts Celebrates Adult Volunteer Award Recipients
South Ribble Scouts is delighted to celebrate a number of adult volunteers who have received national Scout awards in recognition of their dedication, commitment and service to Scouting.
Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Every week, they give their time to help young people gain skills for life, experience adventure, build confidence and make lasting friendships. Recognising the Difference Volunteers Make
Scouting is only possible because of the incredible volunteers who give their time, energy and skills to support young people. Whether leading weekly meetings, supporting activities behind the scenes, helping at events or mentoring fellow volunteers, their contribution makes a lasting difference.
As Scouts continues its mission to become an even more inclusive movement and a place where everyone feels they belong, volunteers remain central to creating positive experiences for young people and adults alike.
Jon Nutten, Interim Lead Volunteer for South Ribble Scouts, said:
“It is a privilege to recognise and celebrate the achievements of these volunteers. Their dedication and commitment have made a real difference to the lives of young people across South Ribble and have strengthened Scouting within our communities.”
“These awards are a fitting recognition of the time, energy and enthusiasm they have given to Scouting. On behalf of everyone at South Ribble Scouts, I would like to thank them for their service and congratulate them on this well-deserved recognition.”
Congratulations to all of our award recipients and thank you for everything you do to support young people and help make South Ribble Scouts a place where everyone can learn, grow and belong.
