South Ribble District Camp 2027 is coming!

In 2027, we’re bringing young people and volunteers from across South Ribble Scouts together for one brilliant weekend of adventure, friendship, new experiences and Skills for Life.

Dates: 16.07.27 – 18.07.27
Sections: Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Scout Network

District Camp will be an opportunity for our Scouting community to come together, meet new people, try new activities and create memories that’ll last long after we’ve packed away the tents.

Whether it’s taking on a new challenge, working as a team, sitting around the campfire or simply making a new friend, District Camp will be about giving every young person the opportunity to get involved, have fun and find A Place to Belong.

We’re working on an exciting programme of activities and experiences for young people from across South Ribble.

Help us make it happen

A brilliant District Camp needs a brilliant team behind it.

We’ll be looking for volunteers from across South Ribble Scouts to help bring the weekend to life, with roles and tasks covering areas including programme, activities, site and logistics, communications, hospitality, equipment, administration and more.

You don’t need to do everything, and you don’t need to be an expert.

Whether you can give a little time or a lot, we’ll have different ways to get involved. Bring your skills, ideas and enthusiasm and help us create an unforgettable experience for our young people.
