“Scouting is about empowering young people to be bold, brave, and curious as they develop skills for life,” Lee shared. “I’m passionate about working with our incredible volunteers to deliver adventurous, inclusive, and impactful programmes that inspire young people to become future global citizens and shape a better world.”

He has multiple roles in West Lancs Scouts, most recently as the Programme Lead for Red Rose 2024 and previously as ACC Scout Network, demonstrating his commitment to empowering others and fostering a strong community. His experience will be invaluable in strengthening our programme delivery and supporting volunteers at every level.
