Introducing our new Programme Team Leader, Lee to the team
Welcome Lee McNulty as Our New Programme Team Leader We’re thrilled to announce that Lee McNulty has joined us as the new Programme Team Leader. Lee brings a wealth of experience, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering high-quality Scouting experiences. We’re excited to see how his leadership will enhance Scouting for young people and volunteers.
Driving Forward Programme Excellence
As Programme Team Leader, Lee will support and inspire volunteers to deliver engaging, inclusive, and impactful Scouting programmes across all sections. His role will ensure young people access exciting opportunities, personal development, and life-changing adventures.

A Proven Leader in Scouting
Lee’s Scouting journey has seen him take on various leadership roles in South Ribble. He has multiple roles in West Lancs Scouts, most recently as the Programme Lead for Red Rose 2024 and previously as ACC Scout Network, demonstrating his commitment to empowering others and fostering a strong community. His experience will be invaluable in strengthening our programme delivery and supporting volunteers at every level.
In his new role, Lee will focus on:
- Providing resources and guidance to volunteers, empowering them to deliver dynamic and impactful programmes.
- Shaping our Programme Strategy to inspire young people to become bold global citizens and actively contribute to shaping a better world.
- Championing inclusivity and ensuring Scouting is accessible and welcoming to all.
- Fostering collaboration across local teams to share innovative ideas and best practices.
