Who: Any adult volunteer in West Lancs Scouts
What’s on offer:
Gain a nationally recognised qualification in dinghy sailing or powerboating.
At Water Park, Coniston. Saturday 9am to Sunday 4pm. Residential. £70 including food (Saturday evening meal, Sunday breakfast, Sunday packed lunch) and one night’s accommodation. Offered in partnership with and subsidized by Lancashire School Sailing Association.
- Level 1 dinghy sailing – no prior experience required. 2-day course
- Level 2 dinghy sailing – some sailing experience required. 2-day course
- Powerboat level 2 – no prior experience required. 2-day course
- RYA Safety boat course – minimum 1 year experience since completing powerboat level 2. 2-day course
